Дорогие, друзья!
Предлагаем Вам принять участие в первом слете русских бардов Альберты, который состоится с 1 по 3 июня 2007 в Jarvis Bay Campground on Sylvan Lake.
Мы приглашаем на слет не только Бардов, Музыкантов и Поэтов, но и всех, кому близка поэзия, музыка и авторская (поэтическая ) песня.
А уж благодарных слушателей и зрителей мы заранее любим , и ждем их приезда на Слет не менее, чем приезд самого известного Барда, Поэта, или музыканта !
Возможность попеть на слёте будет у всех! Даже у непоющих...
Стоимость: $60 за одну палатку- за 2 ночи (с 2 часов дня в пятницу до утра в воскресенье). Количество человек в палатке не ограничено ( имеется в виду, что оплата идет за количество палаток - то есть за место).

ПРОГРАММА СЛЕТА "Русские Барды Альберты -2007"
(Вариант предварительный! В программе могут и наверняка произойдут изменения, перемещения, дополнения, так как список участников ещё не окончательный! Время, отведённое для сольных концертов будет определяться оргкомитетом на месте!)
День Первый (пятница после обеда):
Заезд участников и гостей из разных городов Альберты , размещение, знакомства, обнимания, целования...
Вечер: Всеобщий сбор. Шашлыки и др.
Концерт “Как здорово, что все мы здесь сегодня собрались".
День Второй (суббота)
Утро: отдых обыкновенный с купанием и загоранием, рыбалка, расслабление, пляжные игрища,...
День: Осмотр местных достопримечательностей, отдых обыкновенный с купанием и загоранием, рыбалка, расслабление, пляжные игрища,...
Вечер: Всеобщий сбор. Шашлыки и др., песни на берегу озера .
День Третий (Воскресенье)
Утро: Прощальное общее ФОТО - "Прощайте скалистые горы..."
Осмотр местных достопримечательностей, отдых, рыбалка, купание, загорание, расслабление, пляжные игрища,...

Jarvis Bay Provincial Park is located on the scenic shores of Sylvan Lake in the heart of Central Alberta. Just 4 km north-east of the lively Town of Sylvan Lake, the Park is just moments from all the exciting beach, golf and tourist attractions in the area.

Site prices are for ONE sleeping unit and ONE vehicle per night. Addtional sleeping units and vehicles will incur extra costs

Check in after 2 pm and check out before noon.

Campers have site occupancy guaranteed only for the nights that have been paid for. Should you wish to stay longer, campers will be limited to what is available in the reservation system at the time.

Campers are required to pay a $8 non-refundable reservation fee for each sleeping accommodation unit being reserved.

Campers are required to pay fees for the total length of their stay at the time they make their booking. Payment is normally by credit card.

Please identify all RV units, tents, and vehicles at the time of booking to avoid delays or problems with site selection upon arrival.

Your specific site requests are welcome but please remember that we do not guarantee specific sites.

If camper does not arrive on time, site will still be held open for 24 hours after which management reserves the right to re-issue the site.

During high season, a minimum of two nights stay is required for regular weekends, and three nights (non refundable) on long weekends.

Unless prior approval of park management, maximum site capacities:
Single Auto Access Site: one sleeping accommodation unit (ie. tent, trailer or RV) plus one vehicle and maximum of 6 people.

Single Walk-in Tent Site: 1 tent, one vehicle and maximum of 4 people.
Additional overnight vehicles: must register and park at Maintenance Shop (across from shower building) or Visitor Parking Lot beside Permit Booth.

Management reserves the right to limit the number of visitors and campers on each site.
Please remember the permit holder is responisble for all persons registered to the site.

Respect your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be aware that quiet time is from 11pm to 7am. Please turn generators off at 9pm and music at 11pm

The park gates are locked from 11pm to 7am daily. An emergency exit is located near the Manager’s Office at the north end of the park

Day visitors must register at the permit booth and are allowed in the park until 10pm.

All vehicles, including visitors, in the park must be registered. Please be advised that only one vehicle is permitted on each site at any one time. Second vehicles and visitors please park in the designated lots

All sleeping units (ie. trailers, tents and kids tents) must be registered at the permit booth. Normally, only ONE sleeping unit is permitted per site. Exceptions can be made at management’s discretion.

Please park vehicles only on gravel surfaces

Please have your pets on leash at all times while they are in the park.

Please leave deadfall where it is. Deadfall is an important habitat for many species of insects and birds. Wood for burning is available.

Liquor can be consumed only on your campsite by people of legal drinking age

Provincial parks are refuges for wildlife. Please respect the wildlife by allowing them to consume only their natural diet

Fireworks are not permitted in provincial parks

Please drive in a slow and conservative manner inside the park, the speed limit is 20km/h
Location & Attractions
Jarvis Bay Provincial Park is conviently located less than two hours from both Edmonton and Calgary and a 20 minute drive west of Red Deer.
Just four kms from the Park, the Town of Sylvan Lake is a character community with full tourist amenities including great restaurants, unique shops, summer hockey camps, special events and one of Canada's 10 Best Beaches.
